The pre-order system on the website is to be used instead of messaging on social media.

This is to streamline the process and to help Bethel's keep track of all orders coming through. The new system is the same as ordering the product via message.

Simply follow the steps below:

1) From the homepage of Bethel's Kitchen website, click on the three lines on the top left-hand side of the screen (to the left of our logo, next to the magnifying glass).

2) This will produce a drop-down list of the pages to explore on our site. Scroll down to the 'menu' option and click it to be taken to the digital menu page.

3) Once on the 'Menu Items' page you will see it is split into sections to make it easy to navigate. Choose a section and click on the picture to be taken to the full menu of relevant products.

4) Scroll down the options until you find what you are
looking for. Once you find the product you would like, there may be a 'pre-order' or 'choose options' button underneath the picture.

5) If the item has a 'pre-order' button, clicking it will automatically add the item to your cart.

6) If the item has a 'choose options' button, clicking it will give you the option to have that product as part of a special deal. SEE MORE ON THIS UNDER THE 'DEALS' QUESTION.

7) When you have decided what option to pick, simply click on the 'pre-order' button underneath the item and it will be added to your cart.

8) To see all product details, click on the picture from the menu page or on the 'view full details' link from the 'choose options' pop-up. This will provide you with a summary of the product and any relevant allergen information.

9) Once you're ready to check out, move to the top right-hand side of the screen and click the bag icon to proceed to your cart.

10) Once on 'your cart' check through your items to make sure everything is correct. Be sure to complete any deals you have selected.

11) To adjust the amount of an item, click the + or - option to add or subtract an item from your cart. To delete an item altogether, press the 'bin' icon for it to be removed.

12) Scroll down and update the 'order special instructions' box with your collection date and time and add any other relevant information we may need to know about your order. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM WILL NOT FALL UNDER THE 24-HOUR GUIDELINE.

BAGEL BOX

Buy 12 bagels and 1 cream cheese of your choice for only £22.50! Add the Bagel Box to your cart and let us know your choices in the 'notes' option at checkout. Find this deal under the 'bagels' section!

SANDWICH BOX

Buy 6 filled bagels for £45. Find this deal under the 'filled bagel' section!

 Included filled bagels: Big Tuna, Cold Roast Beef, The Lox & Hot Beef and Cheddar.

All our allergy information can be found under each individual item on the menu. Alternatively, we have copies of our allergen matrices under the 'allergen' highlight on our Instagram. If any further information is required please reach out to a member of the team.

Bethel's Kitchen cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in any products produced within the premises via cross-contamination due to the way our food is prepared.

Some items are in deals which means that the individual price of the item will be listed as cheaper than others.

Please leave a specific collection date in the 'note' section provided at checkout. We recommend leaving the date and time you will be collecting.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUR OPENING HOURS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

We recommend leaving the date and time you will be collecting. FOR HOT FILLED BAGELS - SPECIFYING A TIME IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE FILLED BAGELS ARE HOT WHEN YOU RECIEVE THEM. It is the responsibility of the customer to be on time when collecting any hot product.

All pre-orders placed before 3pm are given a minimum of a 24-hour window.

If an order is placed after 3pm please be aware that while we try our best to complete every order, we cannot guarantee this. Orders placed for same day collection also follow this rule and are to be placed with this knowledge and at the customer's own risk.

If you need to make a change to your order once it has been placed, please reach out to us on Instagram or pop down to the kitchen window to enquire.

Some of our items aren't on the menu simply because it doesn't make much sense; like our coffees and milkshakes. So if you are planning to order a drink with your Bethel's Kitchen order don't stress, just place it at the window when you come to collect!

(If you'd like to leave us a note when you checkout to let us know you plan on
ordering a milkshake when you come that would be a great heads-up)
